Two things stand out the most in regards to this first week of work. The first is about adding up totals and change, especially when there's a large number of people all trying to get your attention. Although I've managed to get the hang of it by now, on one particular day I managed to make six such mistakes. This was also the day I saw Richard Wilkins. Coincidence? I think not!
Secondly is cute popcorn girl. Sure, everyone else working there smiles, nods or makes some of comment when I walk past, but none of them are cute, female and selling small lumps of warm yellow food.
