tim, you can write about anything you want on this. The only criteria is that it's at least vaguely interesting, and it needs to be well written. Regarding protocol, I've been referring to people by their given names from the beginning. I suppose it's fine, but if it isn't, too bad for whoever has a problem. I'm really not up to the task of going through all of the inane spam I've posted to change names.
