Today I reached my first goal, which was to sustain a 15 minute jog. When I started almost a month ago, I spent the entire first week between 4 and 5 minutes. As you can understand, it was very discouraging. Not long after, I was able to push myself just that little bit further every few days.
Jogging/running can get rather boring, and can be rough on your feet. If Iâ€™m going to be pushing myself harder, and doing longer distances/times, Iâ€™m going to need to buy a good pair of shoes and something to listen to music with. Iâ€™ve finally found that last reason for buying an iPod.
