Everything seems to be getting extreme nowadays. Gone are the days of extreme snowboarding and extreme cycling. Now even ordinary things are getting extreme, like extreme programming and
extreme medicine.
So, after yesterday at hapkido, spending a fair while meditating, I've thought of something new that should be taken to the extreme.
It's
extreme relaxation.
